Privacy Policy How we look after your personal data.

This policy explains how ViaNexa Relocation ("ViaNexa", "we", "us") handles the personal data of anyone who visits this site or contacts us ("you"). We only collect what we need to answer you and support your move, and we never sell your data. It follows Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018).

ViaNexa Relocation, based in Grande Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, is the controller of your personal data: we decide how and why it is used.

From the consultation form, WhatsApp and email. We don't ask for documents or ID numbers on this site.

When you book a call, we also keep the time you chose, your time zone and how you want to meet.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run this site and answer you: Hostinger, which hosts the site and our email, and Cal.com and Google, which run our bookings. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.

We share your details with a partner professional only when you ask us to.

When you book a call on our booking page, your name, email and answers go to Cal.com, our scheduling service, and the meeting is created in Google Calendar (Google Meet). These providers may store data on servers outside Brazil. The LGPD allows this transfer because it is needed to arrange the call you asked for.

After your consultation we email you once to ask for an honest review on Trustpilot, an independent review platform. To send you its own verified invitation, Trustpilot receives your name and email. Leaving a review is optional, and Trustpilot handles your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact and consultation details for up to 2 years after our last contact, then we delete them.

If you hire us, we keep the records of the service for 5 years after it ends, because Brazilian tax and consumer law require it.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people at ViaNexa who need your data to support you can see it.

Write to us and we will reply within the time the LGPD sets. You can also complain to the ANPD, Brazil's data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies, needed for it to work (for example, remembering your language). No advertising or tracking cookies. Your answer to the cookie notice (Accept or Decline) is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. Since the site has no optional cookies, both answers work the same way today.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
