These terms apply to the website vianexarelocation.com.br and to the support services of ViaNexa Relocation ("ViaNexa", "we", "us"). "You" means anyone who visits the site or contacts us. By using the site you agree to these terms. Our services are support and assistance: we help you organise your move, we don't replace lawyers or government offices.

Information on this site is general. It is not legal advice and may change without notice.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to send us a request.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

We try to keep the site online and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

What you may not do

Copy or collect content or data from the site with robots, scrapers or other automated tools without our written permission.

Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or upload harmful code.

Send false, offensive or unlawful content through our forms, WhatsApp or email, or pretend to be someone else.

Our services

We assist with administrative processes and coordinate them with you.

Government bodies make all decisions, and we can't guarantee outcomes or timelines.

Partner professionals

When you need a regulated service, we may refer you to an independent professional.

They are responsible for their own work, and you agree their terms directly with them.

Quotes and payment

Prices are given on request after a consultation.

Before any work starts, we send you a written proposal with the services included, the price and how to pay. The work starts once you accept it.

Payment is by bank transfer, Pix or another method we agree in writing. Government fees, translations, notary costs and the fees of partner professionals are not included unless the proposal says so.

You can cancel within 7 days of accepting a proposal and get a full refund, as long as the work hasn't started. After the work starts, we refund the part of the services not yet delivered, minus any costs already paid to third parties for you.

Messages you send us

You are responsible for what you send us through the site, WhatsApp or email.

We use it only to answer you and support your move, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Liability

We do our work with care, but government bodies, consulates, banks and other third parties make their own decisions. We are not responsible for their decisions, delays or requirements.

We are not responsible for problems caused by information or documents that are wrong, incomplete or late, or by changes in laws or procedures after we have given you information.

Partner professionals are responsible for their own services.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

Content and brand

Texts, photos and the ViaNexa brand belong to ViaNexa Relocation or their owners. Please don't copy them without permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, such as government portals, Cal.com and WhatsApp. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

If you keep using the site after a change, the new version applies.

Applicable law

Brazilian law applies.

If a disagreement comes up, please contact us first; we will try to solve it together.

Any dispute goes to the courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, unless consumer law lets you use the courts where you live.
